In diesem Seminar setzen wir uns mit grundlegenden Themen der Bildungsökonomie auseinander. Sie erhalten eine erste Orientierung über diesen wichtigen Bereich und lernen die teils sehr unterschiedlichen Sichtweisen von Politik, Wirtschaft und Individuum in diesem Spannungsfeld kennen und verstehen. Folgende Themen sollen behandelt und diskutiert werden: die Struktur des deutschen Bildungssystems, Bildung als ökonomisches Gut, Bildungsplanung zwischen Politik, Wirtschaft und Individuum - Forderungen und Restriktionen, Qualifikationsbedarf und Strukturentwicklung, Bildungskosten und Bildungserträge, Finanzierung von Bildung, Abstimmung von Bildungs- und Beschäftigungssystem.
