Im Vordergrund steht die Erarbeitung grundlegender Fertigkeiten in den Gegenstandsbereichen Schwimmen, Wasserspringen, und Spielen im Wasser. Hierzu gehören die Eigenrealisation und die Vermittlung didaktischer und methodischer Konzepte in den o.g. Teilbereichen. Die vielfältigen Aktionsmöglichkeiten des Inhaltsbereiches "Bewegen im Wasser - Schwimmen" sollen unter Berücksichtigung der pädagogischen Perspektiven erarbeitet werden.

Inhalte:

  • Erarbeitung der vier Schwimmarten
  • Wasserball/Wasserspringen
  • Methodik und Didaktik
  • Biomechanik/Hydrodynamik
  • Pädagogische Perspektiven
