Der einfachste Weg, heutzutage Informationen weltweit zu veröffentlichen, geht sicher über die Bahnen des Internet. Ziel des Seminars ist es, einen Einblick in die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten der Seitengestaltung zu bekommen. Während zunächst auf WYSIWYG-Ebene (What You See Is What You Get) gearbeitet wird, sollen die dort erlernten Gestaltungselemente in der Quellsprache HTML erneut aufgegriffen werden, um einen Blick "hinter die Kulissen" zu werfen.
Im Verlauf des Seminars sollen die Teilnehmer ihr eigenes Website-Projekt planen und durchführen. Innerhalb dieses Projektes sollen die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten der Seitengestaltung erprobt werden. Neben der rein "technischen Seite" sollen auch generelle Aspekte zum Thema Web-Design diskutiert werden.
