Inhalt:
Die Vorlesung knüpft an die Veranstaltung Grundkurs Strafrecht AT 1 aus dem Wintersemester an. Aus dem Bereich des StGB-AT werden das Fahrlässigkeits- und das Unterlassungsdelikt, die Konkurrenzen sowie Täterschaft und Teilnahme vertieft. Aus dem StGB-BT werden die Straftaten gegen das Leben, gegen das ungeborene Leben, gegen die körperliche Unversehrtheit sowie gegen die persönliche Freiheit behandelt.Empfohlene Literatur:
Wessels, Johannes/Beulke, Werner, Strafrecht Allgemeiner Teil, 38. Aufl., 2008 und Wessels, Johannes/Hettinger, Michael, Strafrecht Besonderer Teil/1, 32. Aufl., 2008.Leistungskontrollen:
In der Vorlesung werden eine Semesterabschlussklausur und eine Hausarbeit angeboten.
