Seminar Theorie und Methodik der Strafverteidigung
Im Zentrum des Seminars soll die Erarbeitung der wissenschaftlichen Grundlagen der Strafverteidigung stehen. Bisher fehlt es nämlich sowohl an einer allgemein akzeptierten Theorie der Strafverteidigung als auch an überzeugenden Analysen zur Methodik der Strafverteidigung. Das Seminar wendet sich an Interessierte, die möglichst alle strafverfahrensrechtlichen Lehrveranstaltungen (also die Vorlesungen Strafverfahren I und II sowie die Vorlesung zum Recht der Strafverteidigung) erfolgreich absolviert haben, ferner an Doktorandinnen und Doktoranden. Es können Seminarscheine erworben werden.
