In diesem Kurs, der der praktischen Einübung der Textanalyse und methodischen Interpretation dient, werden kurze zentrale Texte der Rechtsphilosophie gelesen. Es wird den Fragen nachgegangen, wodurch sich Recht und Moral ihrem Wesen nach unterscheiden, ob sich eine Rechtsordnung legitimieren lässt und ob zur Rechtsordnung notwendig Voraussetzungen moralischer Natur gehören oder nicht.
Grundlage für die Vergabe von Leistungspunkten (im BA- und MA of Education-Studiengang) sind mehrere kürzere schriftliche Ausarbeitungen.
