Die Frage nach dem Sinn des Lebens ist sicherlich eine der existentiellsten Fragen, die in der Philosophie gestellt werden. In dieser Veranstaltung wollen wir ihr anhand klassischer und (vor allem) moderner Texte nachgehen. Aspekte, die diskutiert werden sollen, sind z.B.: Ist der Sinn des Lebens etwas, das man finden muss, oder konstruieren wir Sinn? Wie verhält sich der Sinn des Lebens zum Tod? Hängt der Sinn des Lebens mit der Existenz Gottes zusammen? In welchem Verhältnis stehen Sinn und Gefühle zueinander?
Grundlage für die Vergabe von Leistungspunkten (BA- und MA of Education-Studiengang) ist eine gründlich vorbereitete Teilnahme an den Sitzungen und Essays im Umfang von insgesamt ca. 5-8 Seiten.
