Das Projektseminar wendet sich an Studierende der Molekularen Biotechnologie, die im Bereich Tissue Engineering ein Projekt durchführen möchten. In diesem Themenbereich sollen medizinisch relevante Zellen (Cardiomyocyten, Hepatocyten, haematopoetische Zellen, embryonale Stammzellen) kultiviert werden, um Organfunktionen in vitro nachzubilden. Dieses Projekt dient der Vertiefung der experimentellen Fähigkeiten und damit der Vorbereitung auf die Diplomarbeit. Die Teilnahme an den für den Schwerpunkt Tissue Engineering angebotenen Veranstaltungen wird daher vorausgesetzt
