Im Mittelpunkt steht das didaktische Handeln in der Weiterbildung. Die Auseinandersetzung mit diesem zentralen Aspekt der Erwachsenenbildung geschieht vorzugsweise anhand von Seminar- und Projektideen der Studierenden.
Inhalte: Didaktisches Handeln bildet den Kern alltäglichen Handelns in der Erwachsenenbildung. Auf folgende Fragen sollen im Seminar Antworten gefunden werden:
- Welche didaktischen Handlungsebenen und -felder gibt es?
- Welches sind die zentralen didaktischen Prinzipien in der Weiterbildung?
- Wie plane ich eine Seminar- und eine Lerneinheit?
- Wie setze ich unterschiedliche Methoden, Sozialformen und Medien sinnvoll ein?
Methoden: Neben der Auseinandersetzung mit der Literatur zu dem Thema (1. Block) steht vor allem die konzeptionelle Entwicklung eines eigenen Lehrprojekts im Vordergrund (2. Block).
