Dieser Kurs folgt einem suggestopädisch-psychopädischen Ansatz. Das heißt, daß man sich der Sprache zunächst über das Hören und Sprechen annähert und den Körper stark einsetzt. Außerdem gibt es aktive Entspannungsphasen, für die eine Matte, eine Decke oder ein Handtuch mitgebracht werden sollte.
Für die Teilnahme am Kurs ist kein Lehrbuch erforderlich.
Mitbringen: Liegeunterlage, Neugier und gute Laune.
