Die Vorlesung behandelt das Besondere Schuldrecht. Der Aufbau orientiert sich am BGB: Zunächst werden die einzelnen vertraglichen Schuldverhältnisse erläutert, im Mittelpunkt steht dabei das Kaufrecht. Anschließend folgt die Darstellung der gesetzlichen Schuldverhältnisse (Geschäftsführung ohne Auftrag, ungerechtfertigte Bereicherung, Delikt).
Es wird ein vorlesungsbegleitendes Skript herausgegeben.
