‚Partizipation‘ gilt – auch, aber nicht nur in pädagogischen Kontexten – allgemein als etwas, das gut und anzustreben ist. Was damit aber jeweils gemeint ist, unterscheidet sich stark und bleibt oftmals unthematisiert. So beinhaltet die Rede von Partizipation unterschiedliche Vorstellungen davon, was Partizipation meint (Wer soll eigentlich auf welche Weise woran teilnehmen? Oder teilhaben?) als auch unterschiedliche Begründungen für die Wichtigkeit von Partizipation.
Wir werden uns im Seminar mit diesen unterschiedlichen Verständnissen und ‚Versprechungen‘ von Partizipation befassen und Schwierigkeiten sowie Potenziale von Partizipation in pädagogischen Kontexten diskutieren. Dies soll unter anderem anhand der Diskussion von pädagogischen Partizipationsprojekten bzw. -konzepten geschehen.
Studienleistungen können durch kurze Beiträge zu Seminar erworben werden.
