Vielfalt als Ressource zu begreifen und nutzen zu können, gilt als eine der Anforderungen an die heutige pädagogische Praxis. Wer sich zur Vielfalt der pädagogischen Praxis sinnvoll und positionieren will, tut gut daran, zuerst einmal seine eigene „Vielfalt“ unter die Lupe zu nehmen, gibt ein an Annedore Prengels Pädagogik der Vielfalt angelehntes Kompetenztraining Gelegenheit. Hierbei geht es gerade nicht um eine pädagogische Nabelschau, sondern darum die Auseinandersetzung mit Vielfalt mit sich selbst beginnen zu lassen, um dann ihr kritisches Potential zu beleuchten.
