Neben den juristischen Inhalten spielen eine Reihe psychologischer und soziologischer Aspekte im Verlauf des Strafverfahrens eine wesentliche Rolle. Diese sollen im Rahmen der Lehrveranstaltung behandelt werden.
Vorgesehen sind folgende Themen:
• Wahrnehmungs- und Gedächtniseffekte
• Grundlagen der Kommunikation und Gesprächsführung
• Das Mandantengespräch
• Strategien der Zeugenvernehmung
• Kriterien der Glaubwürdigkeit einer Zeugenaussage
• Das Sachverständigengutachten
• Aufbau und Funktion des PlädoyersZu ausgewählten Themen werden externe Gäste geladen (Strafverteidigung, Staatsanwaltschaft)
Die Inhalte der Veranstaltung sind prüfungsrelevant.
Bei aktiver und regelmäßiger Teilnahme dient die Veranstaltung dem Erwerb von Schlüsselqualifikationen.
