291061 Strafrecht III mit AG (V) (WiSe 2001/2002)

In dieser Veranstaltung werden Eigentums- und Vermögensdelikte vorgestellt. Dabei konzentriert sich die Vorlesung auf die "klassischen" Straftaten: Sachbeschädigung, Diebstahl, Betrug, Raub und Erpressung. Der Vorlesung selbst ist eine einstündige Übung angeschlossen, in der anhand höchstrichterlicher Rechtsprechung "Fälle" besprochen und verschiedene Möglichkeiten der Argumentationstechnik vorgestellt werden.
Ab Mitte November wird die Veranstaltung von Arbeitsgemeinschaften begleitet. Am Ende des Semester wird eine Semesterabschluß-Klausur angeboten und eine Hausarbeit ausgegeben.
