Gesellschaftsrecht ist im wesentlichen Unternehmensorganisationsrecht. Nach einer Einführung konzentriert sich die Veranstaltung auf das Recht der Personengesellschaften, die in einer großen Vielzahl von Fällen das "Rechtsgewand" mittelständischer Unternehmen liefern. Zum Vorlesungsstil gehört Klausurfallbesprechung sowie Frage- und Antwortspiel. Kapitalgesellschaftsrecht wird gegen Ende der Veranstaltung überblicks- und einführenderweise zur Sprache kommen.
