Anwendung und Vertiefung der Kenntnisse aus dem Allgemeinen und Besonderen Schuldrecht im Hinblick auf die von der Kautelarjurisprudenz entwickelten Vertragsformen. Einbeziehung betriebswirtschaftlicher und steuerrechtlicher Hintergründe sowie aktueller Diskussionen, z.B. um die sog. Scheinselbständigkeit.
