391036 Aufarbeitung biotechnologischer Produkte (V) (WiSe 2001/2002)

Die Veranstaltung beschäftigt sich mit der Isolierung und Aufreinigung (downstream-processing) verschiedener biotechnologischer Produkte. Spezifische Aufarbeitungsverfahren für verschiedene Mikroorganismen und Produkte werden vorgestellt. Verfahren zum Ze llaufschluß, zur Abtrennung der Zelltrümmer und der weiteren Aufreinigung werden eingehend behandelt. Spezielle Anforderungen an die Qualität des Produktes (technische Produkte, pharmazeutische Produkte) werden hierbei ebenso berücksichtigt, wie unterschiedliche Analysemethoden zur Kontrolle der einzelnen Prozessschritte.

Requirements for participation, required level

Die Veranstaltung ist als Spezialisierung für Studierende im Hauptstudium des Studiengangs Molekulare Biotechnologie vorgesehen. Die Vorlesung ist aufbauend auf der Vorlesung Biotechnologie II (Grundoperationen) auch für Studierende der Fächer Naturwissen schaftliche Informatik (Schwerpunkt Biotechnologie), Biochemie, Biologie und Chemie zu empfehlen.
