Handelsrecht (Oehler)
Tradierter Gegenstand der Vorlesung ist das im (1999 geänderten) Handelsgesetzbuch normierte Privatrecht des kaufmännischen Geschäftsverkehrs, neumodisch auch Außen-privatrecht der Unternehmen genannt. Zum gängigen Themenkanon gehören Kaufmann-stand, Firma, Handelsregister, Handelsgeschäfte. Da ein fortgeschrittener Hörerkreis vorausgesetzt wird, kommen auch sachnahe, aber nicht im HGB geregelte Themen etwa aus dem Bereich der Geschäftsbesorgung, Stellvertretung, Vertriebsmittlung und Finanzie-rung zur Sprache.
Canaris, Handelsrecht, 23. Aufl., 2000. DM 39,-. Weitere Literatur wird zu Beginn der Vorlesung mit Empfehlungen besprochen.
