Inklusive Bildung, inklusives Unterrichten endet nicht mit der Sek I. Sie besteht für die Sekun-darstufe II weiter und bringt neue und entwicklungsbedingte Anforderungen mit sich. An unterschiedlichen Aspekten der Unterrichtsgestaltung in heterogeneren Lerngruppen (wie Hochbegabung, physische, psychische und soziale Einschränkungen) werden individuelles, inklusives und eigenverantwortliches unterrichten in der Oberstufe mit Hilfe konkreter Beispiele erkundet. Anschließend im Ansatz konzipieren die Studierenden eigene Theoriegeleitete Möglichkeiten individueller Leistungserbringung im Rahmen einer Unterrichtsreihe der Q-Phase und deren Möglichkeiten für individuelle Bewertungen (wie Nachteilsausgleich).

"Inclusive education, inclusive teaching do not end with lower secondary level. It continues at upper secondary level and brings with it new and development-related requirements. Individual, inclusive and autonomous teaching in the upper secondary level is explored with the help of concrete examples using different aspects of lesson design in heterogeneous learning groups (such as giftedness, physical, psychological and social limitations). Following this approach, students design their own theory-based options for individual performance in the context of a series of lessons in the so called Q-Phase and their options for individual assessment (like compensation for disadvantages)."
