In diesem Seminar sollen psychodynamische Ansätze zur Entwicklung des Selbstwerts und Konzepte zu Sexismus miteinander verbunden werden. Theoretische Grundlagen zur psychodynamischen Entwicklung des Selbstwerts und zu Sexismus werden erarbeitet und diskutiert. Implikationen für das therapeutische Arbeiten werden praxisnah vermittelt. Als alternatives Konzept zum Selbstwert wird der Ansatz des Selbstmitgefühls vorgestellt und erfahren. Selbsterfahrung wird ein zentraler Bestandteil aller Aspekte des Seminars sein.
Dieses Seminar ist ein Frauenseminar und richtet sich daher ausschließlich an Studentinnen.
