Wegen der bekannten Auswirkungen der COVID 19-Pandemie findet die Veranstaltung in Übereinstimmungen mit der Ausrichtung des kommenden Semesters als zumindest anfängliches "Online-Semester" selbstverständlich nicht als Präsenzveranstaltung innerhalb des Universitätsgebäudes statt. Vielmehr wird jede Sitzung innerhalb eines Zoom-Meetings abgehalten, die Folien werden - jedoch ohne Aufzeichnung der Veranstaltung - in den Lernraum eingestellt. Den Link zum jeweiligen Zoom-Meeting erhalten die Teilnehmenden via E-Mail über den Veranstaltungsverteiler. Angesichts des Veranstaltungsformats ist auch auf diesem Wege Raum für die jeweilige Mitarbeit gewährleistet.
Die Veranstaltung beginnt in der dritten Vorlesungswoche. Empfohlen wird mit Nachdruck die Anschaffung eines Gesetzestexts.
