Contents, comment

In der Vorlesung werden die allgemeinen Lehren und Grundlagen des Strafrechts, die für sämtliche Tatbestände des StGB von Bedeutung sind, behandelt. Es wird auch mit der Einübung der Falllösungstechnik begonnen. Die Vorlesung wird durch Tutorials ergänzt, in denen die gutachtliche Lösung von Strafrechtsfällen in Kleingruppen geübt wird. Die Veranstaltung wird im kommenden Sommersemester mit dem Grundkurs Strafrecht AT 2 fortgesetzt.
