Diese Veranstaltung ist eine Kooperationsveranstaltung der Lehrstühle "Führung von Familienunternehmen" (Prof. Dr. Christina Hoon) und "Personal und Organisation" (Prof. Dr. Fred G. Becker) zum Thema "Die Messe als Instrument des externen Personalmarketings mit der Besuch der 'Job and Career at HANNOVER MESSE'". Informationen zum Anmeldeverfahren stehen unten.

Da es sich hierbei um ein Format mit begrenzter Platzanzahl handelt, wird um eine schriftliche Kurzbewerbung gebeten.

Neben Angaben zu Ihrer Person (Name, Fachsemester, Matrikelnummer, Emailadresse, ggf. Studienprofil) wird um die Bearbeitung folgender Aufgabenstellung gebeten:

Nennen Sie bitte drei Gründe, warum sich die Rekrutierung von talentierten (Nachwuchs-)Fach- und Führungskräften als zentrale Herausforderung von Familienunternehmen darstellt.

Beachten Sie bitte Folgendes: Die Anrechnung der Veranstaltung kann entweder für das Modul "Führung von Familienunternehmen" oder "Personal und Management" erfolgen. Folglich richten Sie Ihre Anmeldung bitte entweder an den Lehrstuhl "Führung von Familienunternehmen" oder "Personal und Organisation" (Doppelte Anmeldungen bitte vermeiden!).

Die Bewerbungen sind bis zum 25.03.2017, 18 Uhr an lsthoon@uni-bielefeld.de einzureichen. Außerdem müssen Sie die Veranstaltung in Ihrem Stundenplan speichern. Sie erhalten bis spätestens 04.04.2017 eine Rückmeldung über Ihre Teilnahme.
