Die Studierenden sammeln praktische Erfahrungen in:

-"�"�"�"�"�"�"�"�Entstehung antibiotikaresistenter Bakterien durch spontane Mutationen und Selektionsdruck

-"�"�"�"�"�"�"�"�Bestimmung des Wachstums von Mikroorganismen nach Durchführung der gelernten Handdesinfektion


Kommentar: In den Praktikumsräumen besteht Kittelpflicht.

Eine Voraussetzung zur Teilnahme ist der Besuch der Vorlesung \"Sicherheitsunterweisung und Datenschutz\" (500685).

Vorausgesetzt werden zudem die Inhalte des Praktikums-Skripts, welches über den LernraumPlus erhältlich zum Download bereit gestellt wird.

Im Rahmen des Praktikums werden einige grundlegende Methoden der Arbeit mit Mikroorganismen vorgestellt. Feste Kulturmedien werden vorgestellt und eine Probenahme der desinfizierten Handinnenfläche wird durchgeführt. Das Wachstum von Bakterien wird mittels Photometer verfolgt und die Bestimmung der Lebendkeimzahl (Titerbestimmung) wird durch das Ausplattieren der Bakterienkultur durchgeführt. Ein Verdünnungsausstrich wird geübt.

Die spontane Resistenzrate gegenüber Antibiotika wird anhand einer Kultur von"�''Escherichia coli''"�bestimmt.
