Studierende 1-60

  • Spezifisches Lernziel/Kompetenz: Die Studierenden können Ätiologie, Pathogenese und Folgen der Autoimmunentzündung, der pathologischen Immunreaktion und der Immundefekte an Beispielen erläutern.
  • Die Studierenden erläutern die Pathologenese der Rheumatoid-Arthritis
  • Die Studierenden sind in der Lage die Bedeutung der Degeneration für Gelenkerkrkanungen anhand von Beispielen (insbesondere der Osteoarthrose) zu erklären.
  • Die Studierenden können die Grundprinzipien der von Ätiologie und Pathogenese der Knochennekrose erklären.
  • Die Studierenden können die Grundprinzipien der von Ätiologie und Pathogenese der Osteomyelitis.
  • Die Studierenden sind mit den grundprinizipien der Frakturheilung vertraut (Anmerkung. vertiefende Kentnis hierzu wurde bereits im Seminar vom 21.12. vermittelt).

(UE 5): Einführung in Immunologie und Autoimmunität

  • Begriff der Immunität und Prinzipien des Immunsystems
  • Zelluläre und humorale Komponenten des Immunsystems
  • Prinzip der Autoimmunerkrankung

(UE 6) Grundlagen der Gelenk- und Knochenpathologie

  • Rheumatoid-Arthritis
  • Osteoarthrose
  • Grundlagen von Knochen-Nekrose und Frakturheilung
  • Osteomyelitis
  • Knochentumoren

Methoden

Klassisches Vorlesungsformat mit einer Auswahl geeigneter Lernstandserhebungen/Fragen (1-5) am Ende jeder UE

Vertiefung des Themas Osteoporose in einem zusätzlichen Seminar (1 UE) denkbar

Vertiefung des Themas Osteoarthritis in einem zusätzlichen Seminar (1 UE) denkbar
