... erläutern, warum konventionelle Gesprächsmodelle in Situationen mit hohem Redefluss an Wirksamkeit verlieren und welche Herausforderungen sich daraus ergeben.

... strukturierende Gesprächstechniken gezielt einsetzen, um sowohl relevante Informationen zu erfassen als auch die Patientenbeziehung zu wahren.

... Strategien, in simulierten Gesprächen, anwenden, die eine wertschätzende Gesprächsführung ermöglicht und dabei Frustration oder ein Gefühl der Zurückweisung bei Patient*innen zu vermeiden.


Diese Veranstaltung ist Teil der Portfolioleistung im Modul 5-II-MEDPR.

\"Wenn die Worte sprudeln\", können die üblichen Modelle der Gesprächsführung an ihre Grenzen stoßen. Der Zeitdruck ist hoch, aber möglicherweise ist auch der Leidensdruck der Patient*innen besonders ausgeprägt. In diesem praxisorientierten Seminar geht es darum, zu erlernen, wie eine wertschätzende Strukturierung des Gesprächs gelingt, um dennoch an die relevanten Informationen zu gelangen, ohne die Beziehung zu den Patient*innen zu gefährden.
