Das Seminar findet z.T. digital, live zur genannten Zeit & z.T. digital, im Selbststudium (online synchron/asynchron) statt.
Geplant ist eine alternierende Abfolge von Phasen des Selbststudiums auf der Basis des „LernraumPlus“ und synchronen Lehreinheiten in Form von „Zoom-Meetings“. Diese werden zu den im eKVV angegebenen Veranstaltungszeiten stattfinden.

Es dürfte weithin konsensfähig sein, dass professionell-pädagogisches Handeln im Allgemeinen und beraterisches Handeln im Besonderen seine Legitimität daraus bezieht, dass es den Personen, an die es sich richtet, zu einem gelingenden, selbstbestimmt geführten Leben verhelfen soll. Dies setzt freilich voraus, dass man über einen hinreichend differenzierten Begriff von Autonomie verfügt. Von besonderem Interesse ist dabei die Frage, warum ein gelungenes Leben nur als ein autonomes Leben sinnvoll gedacht werden kann.
In diesem Seminar wollen wir uns mit einem Vorschlag zur Beantwortung dieser Frage befassen, den Beate Rössler unlängst unterbreitet hat. Ihr Buch ist in mehrfacher Hinsicht eine lohnende Lektüre: Zum einen führt sie mit souveräner Kenntnis durch die weitverzweigte neuere philosophische Debatte über den Begriff der personalen Autonomie. Zum anderen ist ihr Text nicht zuletzt dank der Einbeziehung literarischer Beispiele außerordentlich gut lesbar. Wir wollen das Buch im Laufe des Semesters in fortlaufender Lektüre Kapitel für Kapitel lesen. Gerade in Krisenzeiten, in denen die Pläne von heute morgen schon wieder Makulatur sein können, ist die kontinuierliche Beschäftigung mit einem Buch vielleicht eine Möglichkeit, den eigenen Tagen einen Rhythmus zu geben.
