Die Vorlesung behandelt zentral das "Wirtschaftsverwaltungsrecht", welches im Wahlfach "Staat und Verwaltung" prüfungsrelevant ist. Dabei werden insbesondere die Verknüpfungen zum All-gemeinen Verwaltungsrecht, zum Planungs-, Ordnungs- und Europarecht gesucht. Behandelt werden insbesondere folgende Gegenstände:
· Verfassungsrechtliche und europarechtliche Grundlagen
· Das Recht der Leistungs- und Infrastrukturverwaltung
· Das Recht der Eingriffsverwaltung
· Das Recht der wirtschaftlichen Betätigung des Staates
