Eigentlich scheint es klar zu sein: Der Klimawandel ist eine gigantische Bedrohung und wir müssen alles tun, um ihn zu stoppen. Auf den zweiten Blick stellen sich viele ethische Fragen, die nicht leicht zu beantworten sind: Was sollten wir angesichts eines längst begonnenen Klimawandels konkret tun? Was ist das richtige Klimaziel? Wie sollten wir die Lasten des Klimawandels verteilen? Wie verhalten sich die Menschenrechte zu den Belastungen des Klimawandels? Wie weit reichen Solidaritätspflichten? Was schulden wir zukünftigen Generationen? Wie sollten wir mit Klimaflüchtlingen umgehen? Und müssen wir als Einzelne etwas tun und, wenn ja, was? In diesem Seminar werden wir uns eingehend mit diesen Fragen auseinandersetzen.

Requirements for participation, required level

Grundlegende Kenntnisse der praktischen Philosophie sind von Vorteil, aber keine Bedingung.
