Auch wenn es, frei nach Adorno, für die Relevanz der Stärkung antifaschistischer Bildungsarbeit eigentlich keiner Begründung bedarf, so verdeutlicht ein geschärfter Blick auf die aktuellen gesellschaftlichen und politischen Entwicklungen in Deutschland und international, dass ein Wegschauen, Wegducken, Hoffen, es würde schon von alleine besser werden, eigentlich für keine:n in der Bildungsarbeit mit jugendlichen Tätigen mehr eine Option sein kann.
Ausgehend davon werden in diesem Seminar im ersten Block am Freitag zuerst definitorische und theoretische Grundlagen erarbeitet, bevor dann am Samstag unter Anleitung konkrete Möglichkeiten pädagogischer Arbeit gegen menschenfeindliche Denkmuster in der Praxis erfahrbar gemacht und anschließend reflektiert werden.
Im zweiten Block ist geplant, dass die Teilnehmenden selbst exemplarische Workshops anleiten, mit der Seminargruppe durchführen und abschließend reflektieren.
