300262 Generierung von und methodischer Umgang mit sensiblen Daten am Beispiel der Jugenddelinquenz (S) (WiSe 2019/2020)

In diesem Seminar sollen anhand des Beispiels der Jugenddelinquenz Schwierigkeiten hinsichtlich der Erhebung von Daten und des Auswertungsprozesses von sensiblen Daten erkannt und besprochen werden.
Neben Definitionsproblemen auf theoretischer Ebene werden mögliche Formen der Datenbeschaffung diskutiert. Die neue Datenschutzgrundverordnung erschwert hierbei in praktischer Hinsicht die Durchführung von Datenerhebungen, so dass auch diese Restriktionen besprochen werden. Darüber hinaus werden existierende Studien diskutiert. Ein weiterer Block wird sich mit methodischen Herausforderungen der Auswertung von nicht normalverteilten Daten befassen.
Ziel des Seminars ist es, die Teilnehmer*innen auf mögliche Hürden in der Generierung eigener Forschungsdaten vorzubereiten.
