Der immer rasantere technische Fortschritt mit seinen unleugbaren Auswirkungen auf unsere natürlichen Lebensgrundlagen hat in den vergangenen drei Jahrzehnten zum Erlaß einer Fülle umweltschutzrelevanter Vorschriften geführt. Immer mehr in den Vordergrund rückt hierbei das lange Zeit - zu Unrecht - zumeist nur als Unterfall des Umweltrechts angesehene Technikrecht. Die Vorlesung soll die rechtsdogmatischen Grundzüge dieser Rechtsmaterien entwi-ckeln, Verständnis für die Probleme wecken und fördern sowie die erforderlichen Rechts-kenntnisse vermitteln.
Die Veranstaltung ist Teil der im Rahmen des Schwerpunktsbereichs "Umwelt-, Technik- und Planungsrecht" angebotenen Vorlesungen.
