Wenn Gemeinsames Lernen gelingt, ist das auch und vor allem an eine erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit aller Beteiligten gebunden. Die Kooperation zwischen Regelschullehrkräften, Sonderpädagog*innen, Schulsozialarbeiter*innen, Schulassistent*innen und anderen pädagogisch-psychologischen Fachkräften bildet die Grundlage für die individuelle Förderung aller Schüler*innen.
Im Seminar wird die schulische Praxis multiprofessioneller Zusammenarbeit im Gemeinsamen Lernen oder an Förderschulen mit Kooperationsmodellen verknüpft. Die verschiedenen Ebenen und Bereiche der Zusammenarbeit werden ausdifferenziert, strukturelle und individuelle Gelingensbedingungen thematisiert.
Die Teilnehmer*innen lernen zentrale Aspekte und Prozesse der Teamentwicklung und -organisation unter Berücksichtigung der berufsspezifischen Identitäten kennen. Sie setzen sich mit dem Einfluss von Rollenverhalten und Einstellungen auseinander und unterscheiden förderliche und hemmende Variablen in der Zusammenarbeit. Nicht zuletzt lernen die Teilnehmer*innen Verfahren kollegialer Beratung und Instrumente zur Reflexion kooperativer Prozesse kennen.
Die Veranstaltung findet hybrid statt. Präsenz ist erwünscht.
