Wenn von Vertrauen in Organisationen die Rede ist, so kann damit zweierlei gemeint sein. Zum einen kann es um eine spezifische Form des Vertrauens gehen, das sich nicht auf einzelne Personen, sondern auf Organisationen richtet, zum anderen um jene Vertrauensverhältnisse, die für kollektive Handlungen mehrerer Akteure und damit auch für Organisationshandeln konstitutiv sind. In unserem Seminar, das einführenden Charakter hat, wollen wir uns diese beiden Themenfelder anhand ausgewählter Beiträge aus der neueren, interdisziplinär betriebenen Vertrauensforschung erschließen.
