250414 Versuche der Wirkungsmessung in der Sozialen Arbeit (BS) (SoSe 2021)

Zur Einführung ins Thema wollen wir uns zunächst mit dem Begriff „Wirkung“ auseinandersetzen und uns die Herausforderungen und Besonderheiten von Wirkungsnachweisen in sozialen Interventionen vergegenwärtigen. Anschließend schauen wir uns bedeutende Etappen der Wirkungsdiskussion in der Sozialen Arbeit an. Zentrale Fragen sind dabei: Anhand welcher Begrifflichkeiten wird die Wirksamkeit der Sozialen Arbeit in der jeweiligen Etappe diskutiert? Welche konkreten Ansätze und Modelle werden genutzt, um die Wirkung der Sozialen Arbeit zu „messen“? Unter welchen gesellschaftlichen und/oder politischen Rahmenbedingungen finden diese Diskussionen statt?
Darüber hinaus sollen die verschiedenen Ansätze und Modelle hinsichtlich ihrer Auswirkungen auf die AdressatInnen der Sozialen Arbeit, die Professionellen und die Profession selbst gemeinsam untersucht und diskutiert werden.
Die Veranstaltung findet zunächst wöchentlich live über Zoom-Sitzungen statt, zusätzlich gibt es noch drei Blocktage. Es wird der Lernraum und der LernraumPlus genutzt.

Voraussetzung für die Teilnahme am Seminar ist eine regelmäßige und aktive Beteiligung an den Zoom-Sitzungen.
