Das Seminar behandelt Themen der Kooperation in der inklusiven schulischen Praxis. Ein Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Zusammenarbeit von Lehr-kräften und Eltern. Bestehende Konzepte (z.B. Erziehungs- und Bildungspartnerschaft) werden auf ihre praktische Anwendbarkeit in der inklusiven Schule überprüft und die konstruktive Gestaltung von Gesprächen mit Eltern wird thematisiert. Darüber hinaus werden weitere Kooperationsprozesse (inter-, intra-, multiprofessionell) beleuchtet. Hierzu zählen strukturelle und personelle Voraussetzungen von gelingender Kooperation, unterschiedliche Formen der Zusammenarbeit (Kooperationsmodelle) sowie kooperationsfördernde Maßnahmen.
