Fach/Kompetenz: Biologie in der Medizin
Gruppen: 1-20
Studierende können:- folgende Zellbestandteile strukturell und funktionell definieren: endoplasmatisches Retikulum (ER),
Golgi, Lysosomen, Peroxisomen, Mitochondrien.
- die Evolutionstheorie von komplexen Zellen erörtern (Endosymbiontentheorie)
- Charakteristika von Transportvorgängen der Exozytose, Endozytose, Transzytose benennen
Kern der Vorlesung bilden Aufbau und Dynamik von zellulären Kompartimenten.Die Bedeutung des Golgi-Apparats für die Sortierung sekretorischer oder membrangebundener Proteine und die Bildung vesikulärer Kompartimente wird im Rahmen der Vorlesung ebenso erläutert, wie auch die Bedeutung der Lysosomen und Peroxisomen. Konsequenzen von Mutationen in Genen, die in den Stoffwechsel der Lysosomen, des Golgi-Apparates und der Peroxisomen einbezogen sind, werden beispielhaft vorgestellt.
Mitochondrien als zentrale Organellen des Energiestoffwechsels in allen eukaryotischen Zellen und Beispiele für Krankheiten die auf Störungen der Mitochondrien zurückzuführen sind (Mitochondriopathien) werden vorgestellt. Die Herkunft von Mitochondrien (Endosymbiontentheorie) wird erörtert.
Präsentiert werden zudem Stofftransport und Stoffaustausch über membranvermittelte Transportvorgänge als wichtige zelluläre Funktionen.
