270117 Theorien der intrinsischen Motivation (S) (SoSe 2011)

Von manchen Tätigkeiten scheint ein besonderer, intrinsischer Anreize auszugehen, der dazu führt, dass sie (zumindest manchmal) „um ihrer selbst Willen“ ausgeführt werden, ohne einem übergeordneten Ziel zu dienen. Worin besteht dieser Anreiz? Neben allgemeinen Theorien der intrinsischen Motivation (Selbstbestimmungstheorie, Flow-Theorie) werden im Seminar Ansätze zu verschiedenen Phänomenen behandelt, die unter die unter den Oberbegriff „ludic behavior“ fallen (z.B. Spiel, die Rezeption und Produktion von Kunst, Neugier und Humor). Die Ansätze werden auf ihre theoretische Stichhaltigkeit und empirische Fundierung hin untersucht. Dabei steht auch die Relevanz intrinsischer Motivation als Mittel und Zweck pädagogischer Praxis zur Diskussion. Sämtliche Themen werden in Form von Referaten und Diskussionen erarbeitet.
