291002 Grundkurs BGB - Allgemeines Schuldrecht und vertragliche Schuldverhältnisse (V) (WiSe 2019/2020)

Die Vorlesung beschäftigt sich einerseits mit jenen Vorschriften die BGB, die für alle Schuldverhältnisse gelten (Schuldrecht AT, §§ 241-432 BGB), andererseits mit den für vertragliche Schuldverhältnisse geltenden Bestimmungen. Im Schuldrecht AT liegt der Schwerpunkt im sog. Leistungsstörungsrecht, daneben geht es um Entstehung, Inhalt und Erlöschen von Schuldverhältnissen, die Einbeziehung Dritter und die Auswechslung von Schuldner und Gläubiger. Bei den vertraglichen Schuldverhältnissen werden Kauf- und Werkvertrag im Vordergrund stehen; einige andere vertragliche Schuldverhältnisse werden im Überblick besprochen.
Es werden eine Abschlussklausur und eine Hausarbeit angeboten.
