Contents, comment

Seit über 10 Jahren gilt das UN-Kaufrecht (CISG) praktisch
für alle Exportgeschäfte deutscher Unternehmen und für die Importe aus
einem der anderen derzeit 59 Vertragsstaaten. Die Reform der §§ 433 ff. BGB
hat sich ebenfalls weitgehend an dem UN-Kaufrecht orientiert.

Die Veranstaltung stellt die Strukturen und Inhalte des
UN-Kaufrechts umfassend dar, vergleicht mit den Parallelregelungen des
BGB/HGB, zeigt die Verbindungen zum Internationalen Privatrecht auf und
unterbreitet Anregungen zur praktischen Vertragsgestaltung.
