Diese Professionalisierungswerkstatt verfolgt das Ziel Praxisphänomene des Handlungsfeldes Coaching und Organisationsberatung aus wissenschaftlicher Perspektive zu beobachten. Dazu werden aktuelle Trends, Konzepte und Begriffe im Hinblick auf deren substantiellen Gehalt kritisch analysiert und reflektiert.
‚Purpose‘ steht für die Suche nach einem tieferen Sinn für das Dasein und gilt in Organisationsberatung und Coaching als relevante Zielgröße von Veränderungsprozessen. Was verbirgt sich hinter dem Begriff? Warum ist dieser aktuell ‚en Vogue‘? Was ist das Besondere der Konzepte, die sich darunter subsummieren. Welche Hypothesen stecken dahinter? Wie soll ‚Purpose‘ hergestellt werden? Dies sind einige Fragen, die Ausgangspunkte für wissenschaftliche Auseinandersetzungen sein können.
Im Rahmen des Seminars werden die Teilnehmenden in die Rolle von praxisbeobachtenden Forschenden schlüpfen. Es wird erwartet, dass Sie bereit sind sich aktiv an eigenständigen Forschungsprozessen zu beteiligen.
