Contents, comment

The workshop addresses participants with moderation knowledge and experiences from the workshops of Moderation International 1 and 2. The focus of the workshop will be the group in moderated learning situations: Which meaning do group processes have for the moderator´s behaviour? How can the moderator perceive certain group processes and group problems? What does this mean for the guidance of a group? How can the moderator deal with conflicts and disturbances in moderated learning situations? How can he design a "metacommunication"? The seminar consists of theoretical input as well as moderated sequences in the workshops. The behaviour of the moderators will be reflected with the help of video-recordings.
