In diesem Seminar sollen evidenzbasierte Lehr-Prinzipien sowie aktuelle Befunde aus dem Bereich der Pädagogischen Psychologie erarbeitet, reflektiert und auf die Gestaltung von Unterrichtsmaterialien oder Lehrsituationen angewandt werden. Beispiele für Lehr-Prinzipien sind: Das Lösungsbeispiel-Prinzip; Das Prinzip des Anregens einer fokussierten Verarbeitung von Erklärungen; Prinzipien zur Gestaltung multimedialer Inhalte (Text + Bild), …
Ein wesentliches Ziel dieses Seminars besteht darin, die thematisierten Prinzipien gemeinsam so weit zu „übersetzen“, dass sie anwendbar auf konkrete Unterrichtssituationen werden und somit als effektive Lehrstrategien für Lehrerinnen und Lehrer dienen können. Zudem sollen die Grenzen der behandelten Prinzipien reflektiert werden.
Vorgesehene Arbeitsformen in den Seminarsitzungen sind Impulsreferate durch den Dozenten, Co-Moderation durch die Teilnehmer und Formen des kooperativen Lernens.

Regelmäßige Teilnahme am Seminar und aktive Beteiligung an der Diskussion sowie an Formen des kooperativen Lernens; Vorbereitung der Seminarsitzungen durch das Lesen ausgewählter Literatur; Mitarbeit in einer „Transfergruppe“ (Kleingruppen von 2-4 Studierenden) in der die Inhalte des Seminars auf die Gestaltung von Lehrmaterial (für den Schulunterricht) übertragen werden sollen.
