Am Ende dieser Übung sollen Sie Folgendes durchführen können:

  • Beschreiben und demonstrieren Sie isometrische und isotonische Muskelkontraktionen.
  • Beschreiben und demonstrieren Sie die Auswirkungen elektrischer Reize der Unterarmnerven.
  • Erfassen und messen Sie die Muskelzuckungsreaktion auf die Nervenstimulation und zeigen Sie die Rekrutierung der Zuckungsreaktion, wenn die Stimulusstärke zunimmt.
  • Messen Sie die Auswirkungen der Änderung des Intervalls zwischen gepaarten Stimulusimpulsen und beobachten Sie eine kurze tetanische Kontraktion.
  • Erfassen und messen Sie die Leitungsgeschwindigkeit des N. ulnaris.
  • Beschreiben Sie die Rollen von Calcium und ATP bei der Muskelkontraktion.
