270168 Motivationspsychologie anwenden: Eigenes und fremdes Handeln steuern (S) (WiSe 2023/2024)

Das Temperament, das explizite und - ganz besonders - das implizite Motivsystem bedingen, was ein Mensch wie tut. In diesem Seminar behandeln wir diese drei Verhaltenssysteme und deren Interaktionen, um Motivation besser verstehen und steuern zu können. Ferner werden wichtige situative Determinanten behandelt. In der Anwendung werden zunächst Selbsttests zu den behandelten Personenfaktoren durchgeführt. Schließlich werden die Inhalte auch mit einer freiwilligen Person außerhalb des Seminars in einem Gespräch mit Gesprächsleitfaden angewendet.

Es wird von allen Teilnehmenden erwartet, dass der komplette Kurs durchgearbeitet wird. Dazu gehört die Anwesenheit und Mitarbeit bei den Präsenzterminen, sowie das individuelle Bearbeiten von unterschiedlichen Übungsaufgaben mit wöchentlichen Deadlines.
