Nach diesem Seminar können Sie...- ein situationsangemessenes, konstruktives Feedback geben und
- die Funktion von Feedback erklären.
Darüber hinaus sind Sie in der Lage,
- grundlegende Kommunikationstheorien, Funktionen von Kommunikation und die Relevanz ärztlicher Kommunikation zu erklären und
- grundlegende strukturelle Merkmale von Kommunikationssituationen zu analysieren.
Im Laufe Ihres Studiums werden Sie in vielen Kontexten Feedback erhalten aber auch geben, die Basis dafür legen wir gemeinsam im Seminar. Wir beschäftigen uns mit der Funktion und der Umsetzung von konstruktivem Feedback. Zusätzlich vertiefen und diskutieren wir in diesem Seminar die Inhalte der Vorlesung zu den Kommunikationstheorien.
