Die Studierenden...

  • benennen die Struktur, den Verlauf und die zentralen organisatorischen Abläufe des Medizinstudiums (inkl. der studentischen Mitwirkungspflichten) an der Medizinischen Fakultät OWL.
  • benennen Ziele, Prozesse und Strategien des kompetenzorientierten Lernens und die Grundregeln digital gestützter, praxisorientierter und (inter)professioneller Lernarrangements.
  • beschreiben grundlegende Dimensionen ärztlichen Handelns, beziehen diese auf die berufliche Kompetenzentwicklung und den eigenen Lernprozess und diskutieren ihre Ansichten und Erfahrungen in der Lerngruppe.
  • wenden basale Kommunikationskompetenzen theoriegestützt an.
  • wenden praktische ärztliche Basisfertigkeiten insbesondere im Kontext der notfallmedizinischen Versorgung unter Anleitung an.

Content of teaching

Das Modul Einstieg in das Medizinstudium umfasst schwerpunktmäßig die folgenden Inhalte:

  • Struktur, Verlauf und Organisation des Medizinstudiums an der Medizinischen Fakultät OWL sowie wesentliche studentische Mitwirkungspflichten
  • Einführung in das kompetenzorientierte Lernen mit Fokus auf digitale gestützte, praxisorientierte und (inter)professionelle Lernarrangements
  • grundlegende Dimensionen ärztlichen Handelns sowie Ansätze zur Reflexion des eigenen Lernprozesses und der beruflichen Kompetenzentwicklung
  • praktische ärztliche Basisfertigkeiten im Sinne des Nichtschadensgebots, insbesondere im Kontext der notfallmedizinischen Versorgung und der Kommunikation

Nachweis (Kommunikation): Studierende erarbeiten in Kleingruppen die Grundregeln der ärztlichen Kommunikation und Beziehungsgestaltung, insbesondere im Hinblick auf den Unterricht mit Patient*innen und den Simulationsunterricht, und präsentieren ihre Ergebnisse.

Nachweis (Kompetenzreflexion, 1x): eine strukturierte und methodengeleitete Reflexion der persönlichen Kompetenzentwicklung sowie eine daraus abgeleitete Zielstellung entweder schriftlich in Form eines Reflexionsprotokolls (Umfang: 3.400-5.100 Zeichen, entspr. 2-3 Seiten) oder mündlich im Rahmen einer entsprechend ausgewiesenen Veranstaltung.

Die mündlich-praktische Prüfung (Notfallkurs) findet im Rahmen des Kurses Notfallmedizinische Versorgung statt, hat eine Dauer von 10 Minuten und fokussiert basale Kompetenzen im Bereich der medizinischen Notfallversorgung. Der Anteil mündlicher und praktischer Prüfungselemente wird durch d. Prüfer*in im Vorfeld festgelegt.
