Das Seminar setzt sich mit dem Begriff der Professionalität in der Erwachsenen- und Weiterbildung auseinander und erkundet am Beispiel von Praxisberichten Studieren-der das institutionelle Feld dieses Bildungsbereiches. Im Vordergrund stehen Fragen der Proferssionalität in der EB und WB sowie Fragen des Kompetenzerwerbs im Praxisfeld. Die Berichte aus der Praxis werden im Lichte wissenschaftlicher Theorien reflektiert.
