  • Die Studierenden sind nach dem Seminarbesuch in der Lage, die Unterschiede zwischen Gelenk- und Schaftfrakturen in Bezug auf die 4 AO-Prinzipien (Reposition, Fixation, Durchblutung, Rehabilitation) zu beschreiben.
  • Die Studierenden können nach dem Seminarbesuch, die zwei Repositionstechniken (direkt versus indirekt) beschreiben und deren Einfluss auf die Frakturheilung erläutern.
  • Die Studierenden kennen nach dem Seminarbesuch, die biomechanischen Grundlagen (absolute versus relative Stabilität) häufiger Osteosynthesetechniken (z.B. Nagel, Platte, Fixateur, Schraube, Zuggurtung).
  • Die Studierenden können nach dem Seminarbesuch geschlossene und offene Weichteilschäden bei Knochenbrüchen klassifizieren und deren Einfluss auf Diagnostik/Therapie und Komplikationen benennen.
  • Die Studierenden können nach dem Seminarbesuch, die Indikation zur Nachbehandlung (Voll- versus Teilbelastung) erläutern und der jeweiligen Frakturform zuordnen.
  • Die Studierenden können nach dem Seminarbesuch Störungen der Knochenbruchheilung nennen.
